Pre-Season Training 2008

Ouch! Propers certainly didn't muck around with our first training session for the year!

Taking place at Shephardson Oval at 6PM, the sun was still high in the sky as a very good turnout rocked up to voluntarily suffer through a 6-lap time trial, followed by some ball work. All players managed to successfully complete the time trial, with some being just a tad quicker than others.

Now that the first one is out of the way, the challenge is to back it up with another session this Thursday at Morrison Oval at 6PM. Let's all make sure we get down there and try and get another good turnout.
