Geoff Flogs The Boys + New Training Singlets!

Cop that!

Those who thought that Geoff may have been a little hard on the boys for his first training sesh last Tuesday were very sorely mistaken as he proved tonight that the opposite was true!

Legs were sore and lungs were put into overdrive as Geoff's idea of a warm-up alone had players struggling. In perfect conditions at Shepherdson Park, the boys rocked up at 6:00PM to receive their brand spanking new training singlets, courtesy of the club. Matching black & white singlets with 'kangasfc.com' emblazoned across the back, our squad was awesome to behold as Geoff took them through a highly disciplined, intense workout.

Rotated through multiple stations, the boys were subjected to sprints, jogs, weight-lifting, sit-ups, medicine balls, and weighted chains that will no doubt result in some sore bodies tomorrow.
