Scott has represented the Goldfields on countless occassions at Colts (winning best in carnival at Great Southern in 1995 and was also Kanga's Colts B&F that year) and League levels; also played in GFL Centenary Allstars team; and has been a member of the Kalgoorlie Miner Team of the Year a few times. In 2000 Scott was Best and Fairest at Mukinbudin Football Club in the Central Wheatbelt. He has also won several premierships in the Naidoc Week Carnival including 1998 (playing for Desert Warriors), and in 2004, 2006, 2007 (playing for Boulder).
